Who We Want

Ensure accurate, timely processing of trades and strengthen advisor support by resolving trading inquiries, documenting procedures, and delivering clear training materials. Educate advisors on trading best practices, coordinate cross-functional efforts to improve trade operations, and drive consistency across partner onboarding and ongoing workflows.

What To Expect

  • Advisor & Partner Support: Collaborate directly with advisors to educate on trading best practices and resolve trading issues promptly and professionally.
  • Issue Resolution & Operations: Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve trade related issues with internal and external stakeholders. Monitor trends, escalate risks appropriately, and maintain high service levels.
  • Training & Documentation: Develop, maintain, and refine procedure documentation and training resources. Coordinate with Training teams to deliver instruction on partner trade operations and ensure materials remain current and easy to use.
  • Partner Transitions & Enablement: Coordinate with transition and transformation teams to guide partners through trade processes and procedures during onboarding and conversions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams and custodial platforms to streamline processes, close gaps, and improve the advisor and partner experience.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency in trade processing.
  • Other Duties: Perform additional tasks, duties, and responsibilities as needed or assigned by leadership to support departmental and organizational objectives
What You Need
  • Familiarity with trade operations and custodial platforms required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint required.
  • Ability to prioritize responsibilities and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment required.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills required.
  • Ability to proactively identify and professionally communicate potential concerns required.
  • Demonstrated flexibility, strong organization, and attention to detail required.
  • Ability to clearly explain processes and procedures in a professional manner required.
  • Superior customer service orientation with a sense of urgency and timely response required.
Preferred Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of two to three years of operations and/or trade experience in a fast paced registered investment advisory environment preferred.
  • Experience with Orion preferred. Experience with Salesforce preferred.
  • FINRA Series 7 preferred.

The total rewards expected for this role include:
  • Starting annual base salary between $60,000 - $78,616
  • Variable compensation potential (Bonus and/or commissions)
