Overview Seeking experienced Claims/SIU and/or Workers’ Comp. Investigators for Insurance Investigations that include Recorded Statements, Accident Scene, and Industrial/workplace accidents. We are seeking individuals who possess proven investigative skill sets within the industry, as well as honesty, integrity, self-reliance, resourcefulness, independence, discipline, and a calm intensity. Must have a background in handling multi-lines investigations with personal lines highly desired. Responsibilities Take in-person recorded statements. Conduct accident/scene investigations and collect evidence including photography. Write detailed, comprehensive reports and meet strict due dates on all assignments. Operate at a high professional level within an organization that values excellence. The SIU/WC Investigator should demonstrate proficiency in the following areas: Multi-lines Investigations Writing accurate, detailed reports Strong initiative, integrity, and work ethic Securing written/recorded statements Accident scene investigations Possession of a valid driver’s license Ability to prioritize and organize multiple tasks Computer literacy to include Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook (email) Qualifications and Preferences Qualifications: Background in multi-lines investigations (personal lines highly desired). Must have reliable transportation, own equipment (digital recorder, digital camera), and the ability to meet reporting deadlines. Preference given to: Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice or an applicable degree; bilingual candidates.
