We are seeking a part-time Project Manager (Independent Contractor) to support coordination of consulting and research projects. This individual will help manage timelines, deliverables, and reporting, ensuring smooth communication with internal stakeholders, board members, and external clients.

We are seeking a part-time Project Manager (Independent Contractor) to support coordination of consulting and research projects. This individual will help manage timelines, deliverables, and reporting, ensuring smooth communication with internal stakeholders, board members, and external clients.

Commitment

Approx. 8 hours per week (1 day/week)

Flexible schedule (weekly standing check-in required)

Remote role with potential for occasional in-person meetings

Key Responsibilities

Manage project timelines, deliverables, and milestones across multiple consulting engagements

Prepare weekly updates and contribute to quarterly board reports

Coordinate with clients, partners, and subcontractors to ensure on-time, high-quality deliverables

Maintain project documentation in Asana/Trello/Notion (or similar tools)

Assist with compliance tracking, contracts, and reporting needs

Support preparation of grant or consulting proposals and presentations

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in project management, preferably in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or research

Strong organizational and communication skills

Proficiency with project management software (Asana, Trello, Notion, or equivalent)

Experience preparing reports for executives, boards, or clients

Familiarity with health care consulting, data analytics, or pharmaceutical policy is a plus

Compensation

Independent Contractor role

$35$70/hour, depending on experience

Paid monthly via invoice
