Job Description
 Position Summary: 
 The Program Manager serves as the primary liaison between the nonprofit organization and participating school districts. This leadership role ensures that all district needs are met, fosters positive relationships, and facilitates issue resolution. 
Key Responsibilities:
· Act as the main point of contact for school districts.
· Resolve any district-related issues promptly or delegate internal concerns to appropriate team members.
· Ensure compliance with CACFP regulations and organizational standards.
· Monitor satisfaction levels across school partnerships and address feedback.
· Collaborate with internal departments to maintain high service quality.
Qualifications:
· Experience in program coordination or education-based partnerships.
· Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
· Familiarity with CACFP or child nutrition programs preferred.
