 Job Title: Program Manager for Outreach Programs 
 Pay Rate: $30-33.65/hr 
 Shift: Monday – Friday, 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM (Part-Time, 30 hours/week)
 Additional hours may be required on Saturdays and for special events 
 Location: Philadelphia, PA 19104 (Hybrid; specific days arranged with manager)
 Length of Assignment: October 1, 2025 – October 1, 2026 (12-month position)
 Start Date: October 1, 2025
 Job Summary: 
 The Program Manager for Outreach Programs will be responsible for organizing and managing program logistics, maintaining effective communications, tracking program metrics, and supporting program evaluations. This role will also assist with special events, update program platforms, and strengthen partnerships. Evening coverage until 6:00 PM is required to support after-hours program needs, ensuring timely responses to inquiries, seamless program coordination, and active student engagement. 
 Key Responsibilities 
 - Organize and manage logistics for outreach programs to ensure smooth operations 
 - Maintain clear and consistent communications with stakeholders, participants, and team members 
 - Track and analyze program metrics to assess effectiveness and guide improvements 
 - Assist with planning and execution of special events 
 - Update and manage program platforms and related digital tools 
 - Strengthen and maintain partnerships with community groups and stakeholders 
 - Support program evaluation activities to measure impact and outcomes 
 - Provide evening coverage (until 6:00 PM) for after-hours program support, including timely responses to inquiries and engagement with students 
 Qualifications: 
 - Proven experience in program management, outreach, or related fields 
 - Strong organizational and communication skills 
 - Ability to track and report program data effectively 
 - Experience supporting events and managing digital platforms 
 - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment 
 - Flexibility to work additional hours on Saturdays and during special events as needed
