Job Description

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed for the 2025/2026 school year to provide services to children ages 3 to 5 at the Early Childhood Center. This contract position runs from mid-August 2025 through late May 2026, following the school calendar. The workday hours are 8:30 AM to 3:40 PM at one site only.

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy to preschool-aged children in a school setting
• Assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment plans to enhance communication skills
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support children's development
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school policies
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, nurturing environment for young learners

Qualifications:

• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
• Experience in pediatric speech-language pathology, preferably in school or healthcare settings
• Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) or current SLP licensure/certification in progress
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
• Passion for early childhood development and helping children build foundational communication skills
