✅ Minimum 1 year of recent LPN experience (Pediatric Home Health Experience Highly Preferred )
🎓 Active CT LPN license
🩺 Current BLS certification (Peds BLS Certification Preferred)
🛂 Eligible to work in the U.S.
🚘 Valid Driver’s license and Reliable Transportation
📄 Recent physical exam (within 1 year)
🧪 PPD/QuantiFERON (within 1 year) or chest X-ray (within 5 years)
