We’re supporting a company that’s looking for a detail-oriented Micro Lab Technician to join their team. • Perform aseptic microbiological testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products using USP agar methods, all aligned with SOPs and GMP regulations.
• Handle live cultures and conduct growth promotion testing per USP and SOP standards.
• Collect and analyze environmental samples—water, air, surfaces—to ensure a clean and compliant lab space.
• Maintain and calibrate lab equipment to keep everything test-ready.
• Document results, identify trends, and support updates to SOPs and testing methods.
• Participate in investigations (OOS, deviations, CAPAs) and help manage lab inventory.
• Communicate clearly across shifts to ensure testing continuity and shared understanding.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
• A solid grasp of scientific principles and a logical, detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to follow technical procedures and interpret lab data accurately.
• Strong organizational skills and clear communication.
• Familiarity with microbiological tools and techniques (e.g., plating, streaking, microscopes, pour plates).

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
