  • Promote a “compliance by design” approach across product, technology, and operations.
  • Provide ongoing compliance and risk training across the US business.

Leadership & Growth

  • Help build and provide leadership within the compliance and risk teams as the company scales.
  • Develop strong working relationships with internal teams (Product, Operations, Technology, Marketing, HR) to embed compliance and risk management into daily operations.
  • Represent the company with regulators, auditors, industry associations, and the partner bank.

What you’ll bring

  • 8+ years’ compliance, legal, or regulatory experience in financial services, fintech, or banking.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. federal financial regulations and Texas state licensing requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and implementing compliance frameworks, including BSA/AML programs.
  • Proven ability to manage relationships with regulators and auditors.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business, or a related field (JD, CPA, or CAMS certification preferred).

What we’ll offer

  • Be part of an exciting international expansion, bringing a proven fintech success story into the US.
  • Play a leadership role shaping compliance and risk management from the ground up.
  • Join a culture built on innovation, customer focus, and growth.
  • Competitive salary and benefits package, with direct impact on the success of our US launch.

If you’re ready to make your mark with a fast-growing fintech entering the US market, we’d love to hear from you.
