 This is a full-time, exempt level position. 
 Position Summary: 
 ADM is seeking an Executive Assistant to support our Global President, Flavors and Colors. Are you the kind of person who plans for every possible scenario?  The details: 
 This individual will be responsible for performing a variety of responsibilities, ranging from routine to complex, while maintaining a calm and confident persona. This individual will: 
 Ensure confidentiality on all matters 
 Proactively manage complex and often fluid calendars, taking initiative to resolve scheduling conflicts as necessary 
 Assemble and coordinate the preparation of documents, presentations, etc. 
 Prepare PowerPoint presentations to be used for internal and external uses 
 Manage and maintain administrative, reference and follow-up file systems 
 Coordinate global travel arrangements and handles expense reports 
 Coordinate and manage meetings and events, as required 
 Support leaders, at times, during non-standard working hours during travel or as company priorities dictate

 Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Calendar, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) required 
 A Bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required, with a minimum of five years of executive assistant related experience or equivalent experience 
 ADM requires the successful completion of a background check. 
 Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. 
 If hired, employees will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors. 
 The pay range for this position is expected to be between: 
$62,900.00 - $110,100.00
