As an Entry Level Personal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in facilitating daily operations and ensuring that tasks are completed effectively and efficiently. You will be responsible for managing schedules, handling correspondence, and assisting with various administrative tasks that are essential to our team's success.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and organize schedules and calendars for team members
• Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including calls and emails
• Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations
• Maintain and update filing systems and databases
• Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for staff
• Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing and expense tracking

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
• Adaptability to change and willingness to learn new skills
