Job Title: CNC Machinist

Pay: up to $35/hr

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to set up and operate CNC machines, performing tasks such as drilling, turning, grinding, and milling. The role involves accepting and rejecting First Article Inspections, identifying non-conformances, and correcting dimensions as needed. A strong understanding of tolerances and precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges is essential. Additionally, experience in CNC setup, troubleshooting, and editing programs using M-Codes and G-Codes is required. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with stainless steel and aluminum.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines for drilling, turning, grinding, and milling.
• Accept and reject First Article Inspections.
• Identify non-conformances and correct dimensions as needed.
• Utilize precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
• Perform CNC setup and troubleshooting.
• Edit CNC programs with M-Codes and G-Codes.
• Monitor tooling and ensure quality in machining stainless steel and aluminum parts.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Carson, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $54000.00/yr.
