CNC Lathe Machinist – Build What Matters

Are you a hands-on problem solver who loves the hum of a well-tuned machine? Join our team of makers and machinists who take pride in crafting low-volume, high-quality parts that make a difference. With six new CNC machines and a shop built for precision, you’ll have the tools and support to do your best work.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Set up jobs and load CNC programs
• Run multiple machines and secondary ops
• Inspect parts for perfection—no burrs, no rust
• Collaborate with leads and engineers to improve processes
• Keep your workspace clean and your documentation sharp

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $68000.00/yr.

Insurance is mostly paid for by M&R, but there are employee contributions also. We have 4 Aetna medical plans to choose from, 2 MetLife dental plans to choose from, vision, life and 401k. Medical prices range from as low as $31 contribution, all the way up to $350, depending on the selections. Dental range is from as low as $12 to $69, and Vision ranges from $3.50 to $12.50.
