The Company is seeking a Chief Risk Officer (CRO) to lead the development and execution of risk strategies that align with the organization's credit culture and business objectives. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of executive leadership, creating new credit programs, and managing risk in a regulated financial environment. Strong analytical, credit, and risk management skills are essential, as is the ability to balance risk with the organization's impact goals. The role demands a leader who can work independently, is adept at using technology, and is capable of fostering a culture of execution excellence and inclusiveness within the team.
