Distribution Warehouse Associate (Seasonal)

Position Summary: The Distribution Center Outfitter must have physical stamina and strength to be able to perform the various duties in the Distribution Center. Outfitter will be cross trained in other departments as needed and may be asked to carry out special projects.

Essential Functions:

• Repetitive lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Outfitter will perform manual or physical job duties, based upon DC needs.
• Loads or unloads trailers by hand, i.e. up to and including grills, tree stands, safes, kayaks, etc.
• Uses scanners to read bar codes on labels and product.
• Fills customer orders by inspecting merchandise and matching merchandise to order.
• Stocks merchandise to ensure availability of items.
• Packs customer orders for shipment.
• Selects and verifies product for fulfillment and routes to the next area or packs for shipping.
• Assigns and reassigns pick locations based on information from reports and maintains an accurate listing of all locations.
• Sorts merchandise as appropriate.
• Processes, tickets, or sorts merchandise for retail locations.
• Performs returns processing for customer orders.
