Base pay range

$80.00/hr - $90.00/hr

Primary Talent Partners has a 6-month contract opening for a Business Analyst Project Manager with a Pharmaceutical client in New Brunswick, NJ.

Pay Range: $80 - $90 per hour

Schedule: Hybrid, 50% onsite at New Brunswick, NJ

Duration: 6 months, with potential extension or conversion

Benefits: W2, no PTO, ACA-compliant healthcare benefits available

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field; 8-10+ years experience
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst with project management background; 8-10+ years
• Experience with event storming techniques and facilitating sessions
• 8-10+ years proficiency in MS Project, SharePoint, Excel
• 8-10+ years experience with manufacturing systems such as LIMS, CeLabs, MES, ERP (SAP)
• Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, and other software development methodologies
• Experience with project management tools like JIRA, Trello, or Asana
• Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus

Job Description:

• Lead project teams to support digital capabilities, delivering value incrementally
• Oversee planning and execution of small to medium projects, maximizing ROI
• Identify dependencies, evaluate risks, communicate status to stakeholders
• Ensure project deliverables, schedules, and budgets adhere to standards
• Evaluate performance and develop improvement plans
• Monitor project schedule and financial health, providing insights to stakeholders
• Remove obstacles and energize project teams
• Manage resources and vendor relationships to ensure project success
• Prepare project status reports and documentation for sponsors
• Engage stakeholders to identify corrective actions
• Assist in establishing project management and governance structures
• Apply and promote best practices in project management, including Agile and SDLC
• Support financial management, vendor management, and procurement
• Collaborate on business case development for digital investments
